What to look at here: The quantity box is replaced by a dropdown, limited to 10 because the maximum is 10, with singular and plural labels.
This product shows dropdown instead of regular quantity input, and adding a label next to each quantity (customized for singular & plural values).
Quantities appearing in dropdown are appearing because the maximum quantity is defined as 10.
